What can I do here?

Standard templates are emails Dogoos sends for account and service events. Protected wording and delivery rules cannot be changed here.
Product campaigns are optional updates for customers who have chosen to receive them. Saving a draft never sends it.

Why do account and app-profile counts differ?

An account can exist before someone finishes setting up the app. Saved app profiles can also include older or unfinished records. This table lists accounts that can sign in. Full support details require a real support reason and fresh two-step verification; Pack Desk records that access.

Compare access available in Dogoos with the purchase history checked by Google Play.

What these numbers mean

The cards count access available today, including approved test access and temporary passes. The table shows Google Play purchase records. One account can have several purchase rows, and test access or a pass may have none. These counts do not show payments received.

Understanding the cost figures

The subtotal prices activity recorded by Dogoos. It is a part of the platform's cost, with shared cloud services and vendor fees listed separately below. Supplier bills determine actual spend, allowances, settlement currency and tax.

Cloud costs outside the subtotal

A full cloud bill needs both Dogoos projects, with credits, free allowances, discounts and tax reconciled. These components are identified individually; an unconnected bill is not a zero cost.

Places by label

How many listings carry each label today.

What the labels mean

Listed comes from Google or from OS Open Greenspace and is never set here. Checked means a person at Dogoos confirmed the dog facts, with the date. Claimed means the business verified its listing. Bookable is earned by the business through the payment wizard's £1 check, not granted here. Unlisted is a claimed place its owner has not yet put live; only its own team can see it.

Import the researched fields

Import a reviewed research.json file (up to 200 records per import). Matching source IDs update existing records. Public parks come from the managed OS Open Greenspace import.

Dogoos-funded offers

A Dogoos-funded code comes out of a Dogoos budget, never out of the place's price: the place is still paid in full. Leave the scope empty for every bookable place, or list place ids to limit it. A budget of 0 means no ceiling, so set one.
